About the Prints & Custom Orders
Printing, production and quality.
We have carefully chosen a professional lab to handle our printing. They use high quality inks and print materials for color quality, durability and longevity.
Each image is individually color adjusted to the artist's specifications and given a protective UV coating.
What are the available print sizes and how accurate are the dimensions?
We offer two general print sizes, with some minor variations possible depending upon the image ratio. Most of our images are 3:2 format while some may be a 5:4 ratio.
With these image ratios in mind, our many years of combined experience has led us to offer a medium and a large print size in both canvas and metal.
Medium is 16×20 or 16×24 and large prints are 24×30 or 24×36, depending upon the image ratios mentioned above, will be offered and are fully ready to hang when received.
A limited number may be square or a panoramic custom size. These will have a different pricing structure.
Can I purchased a custom, larger size of my favorite image? How?
Yes! If you would like an image in a larger custom size, please ask!

Custom orders need to be pre-paid in full at time of order.
What is a Collection?
Our "collections" are groupings of prints that the photograph feels go well together as a cluster on the wall. A collection earns a 10% discount.
The displayed collections are suggestions, however, if you would like to create your own collection, any purchase of four or more prints will also earn a 10% discount.
Are the photographs numbered, or limited editions?
Currently we do not offer 'Limited Edition' numbered prints. However, we do have future plans for this option.
Payment & Shipping
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed online using our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You may also apply for Paypal Credit for up to six month no interest!
How will I receive my order/print? How is it shipped?
Our lab will ship directly to you when the prints are ready. Typically FedEx Ground or UPS will be used.
Note... the lab will not ship to PO Boxes, only to a physical addresses.
How long does it take to ship? What are the delivery times?
The lab usually takes 48 hours to complete the printing, mounting and packaging.
Shipping times will vary, but typically 3 - 5 days from completion of the order.
Are there shipping options? What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE on any order through 2020.
Our prints are sent by UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrive in 3 - 5 days of completion.
If you need it faster, please let us know so we can calculate the added rush and shipping charges.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Our lab ships via UPS or FedEx. Neither company ships to PO Boxes, only to physical addresses.
What type of packaging do we use?
Every print is carefully handled and the shipping boxes are designed to protect even the largest prints from damage.
What if my Print arrives damaged? Is the shipping content insured?
All shipments are insured and will be replaced if received damaged. Please take photos to documents the damage to the print(s) as well as the packaging so we can claim the insurance and immediately ship replacements.
What is the return policy?
If there are any issues with the quality of the print received we will be happy to replace it. However, no returns will be accepted.
Can I cancel or change my order prior to shipping?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, we need to know within 3 hours. If the order is placed at night, we will need to know by noon the following day.
